1. MILK...Braden LOVES milk. When he wakes up before you even take him out of his crib he points to his cups and says: "Maaa-ilk"...Coffee is to Grammie as MILK is to Braden. Good luck starting (or ending) any day with out a tall glass of the good stuff.
2. Footie Pajamas. Who knew that these would still be a hit with the little one? You should have seen his face when he got all zipped into the Jammies and ran over shouting to Grandpa in excitement. He's already got three pairs to start him off this season. Here's a picture of one pair.
He picked them out himself saying: "football"...that was a deal breaker and in the cart they went :)
3. Eeyore. So one day at Kohl's in an attempt to keep Mr. Brade quiet while shopping, our buddy Eric bought Braden one of those Kohl's Cares for Kids stuffed animals. I grabbed the Eeyore of the shelf, only thinking that Pooh was overrated and Tiger was an obnoxious orange color. I didn't know he would fall in love with the stuffed purple donkey. So now it's "E-OOO" and hugs for the little stuffed plush.
4. Sponge-Bob PJ's. So Braden is kind of a girl when it comes to clothes only because he loves getting new clothes, jammies and shoes. He tries on everyone's shoes at home, but his favorite thing to do is get his jammies on. When I seen a pair of Sponge Bob pj's on the clearance rack for 2 bucks I decided to pick them up for Braden since he had recently found an obsession for the yellow square sponge. These are not the exact jammies Braden has....but his are equally as "cool." At least Brade could make this hideous set look cute!
5. Four Wheelers! Braden loves Eric's four wheeler. He can't get enough of it. He will ride on it for hours without any hints of wanting to get off. We go on trail rides, through the woods and over streams (sometimes in them!) and explore open meadows and we sometimes even see deer or wild turkey. Braden just sits right up front, usually holding a stick or a rock he collected on the way in his cute little camouflage hat. I haven't gotten a picture of Braden on the four wheeler yet but here's a sneak peek of the ATV fanatic:
